About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader to manage multiple commercial/industrial/healthcare/data center/K-12/Higher Ed projects from start to finish. You’ll lead field technicians, coordinate installations, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and per scope—while maintaining quality and client satisfaction.

- Oversee scheduling, documentation, and coordination of installations and upgrades.
- Assist in project design, material selection, and procurement.
- Mentor junior technicians and foster team development.
